Beautiful country location with peaceful surroundings and lovely views. Friendly and accommodating owners who respected our privacy.- Comfortable and cozy accommodation with two beds and a small bathroom.- Conveniently located for a wedding we were attending, about 15 minutes away.
The room being within the owner's dwelling made us feel uncomfortable and encroached on their privacy. Lack of a refrigerator in the room forced us to dispose of food we had purchased.

Great location with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was clean and cozy, offering a beautiful view from the window. The neighborhood was perfect for morning walks, especially during the autumn season. a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Limited public transportation options in the area, making it difficult to explore the main city and stay out late. This could be inconvenient for guests without their own car.

Very convenient to have free parking and a terrace, which made for a lovely evening. The towels were generously provided, although they smelled like wet dogs.
Oh, how I enjoyed the pleasure of Dundee Airport being so close! It added just the right amount of noise to my peaceful getaway.

I keep coming back to my favorite place in Perth. From my first stay with a refreshing drink in the heat, I've had no regrets. With free Wi-Fi, free parking, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV, Edenroc has everything I need. Can't wait for the weekend.

stayed at a lovely cottage in the countryside near Perth, cozy room with comfortable bed, great shower, and spotlessly clean. George, the host, was very apologetic and informative about a water supply issue that was out of his control. a nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay in a cozy cottage surrounded by beautiful countryside. The owners were friendly and made us feel at home. The room had a good selection of reading material and a TV for entertainment. The location was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to have a good night's sleep. The cottage provided tea and coffee making facilities, perfect for a relaxing morning. We highly recommend this place to friends and family.
The bathroom door didn't offer much privacy, but it was a minor inconvenience.

The countryside setting was absolutely beautiful, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. It was a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of the city. The warm welcome from the host made us feel right at home, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. the availability of reading material and a TV kept us entertained during our downtime.
The lack of privacy in the bathroom, as the sliding door did not provide enough coverage. This made it slightly uncomfortable, especially when trying to maintain privacy.

The double room at Edenroc was absolutely fantastic! It had a cozy seating area where I could relax and unwind after a long day of work. The room was also soundproof, ensuring a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. I loved the bathrobe provided, it made me feel pampered and luxurious.
Personally, I didn't fancy the bathrobe. But hey, that's just my opinion!
